When delivering programmes we adopt a flexible approach, taking into account your culture and appropriate learning styles. Key elements of our approach include variety, participation and the creation of an environment in which your people will feel motivated yet challenged.

Aside from facilitator led sessions we offer blended solutions using one-to-one coaching and e-learning.

For international clients we can provide full research, design and delivery in Italian, German, French and Dutch.

The Quadrant Team

All of the Partners and our consultants come from industry and have held senior management positions. They have three specific roles: business development, the design and delivery of training solutions and the provision of ongoing advice and support for clients.

Practical Implementation of New Skills

Permanent implementation is the key to maximising the return on your investment. We emphasise and encourage participants to produce specific personal improvement plans against which future performance can be measured. We can also design implementation assignments, follow-up sessions and personal reminders to reinforce the learning experience.

We firmly believe in management involvement as an aid to implementation and can provide managers with advice, coaching kits and competence maps.
